Qf Olci Sleeping - Again?

I can't get OLCI today either by QF process or alternative basic booking No.

The system is failng me when I need it, despite the holiday period:evil:

Thanks Pauly but I've logged in informally as well as thru our (Govt) TA who tells me its a QF system issue.
Don't want them giving my exit row seat away to the infirm as happened previously.:evil:

I also can not OLCI either. I have been trying all day. I am really annoyed, as it is the one time I am flying without checkin, so thought I could leave 1/2 an hour later than I normally do.

I also wanted to OLCI for the return tommorrow afternoon as well.

I can't get any OLCI button on the screen, let alone a greyed-out version. I phoned the QC and they said it hadn't been working well for many weeks!
Doesn't bode well for my first flight for 2009 in a very busy year.:evil:

I found out my problem. Supposed maintainence problems caused both my flights to be cancelled, and they put me onto others. Meaning I have to be on site for 3 extra hours, and I wont be home til 10:30 pm . I suspect it was due to light loadings, so they consolidated pax onto to other flights.

On a side note, I got to see NM's bus - again. They have replaced it with a new one, looks very flash.

OLCI still not available today for my CNS-BNE flight.
The CIC at QF said they were not getting check-in kiosks at Cairns because the Port Authority wanted some strange common-user facility for all airlines - where was that book about re-inventing the wheel again?
However, my request for exit row window was happily granted.

OLCI not working for the last 3 days - couldn't OLCI on Monday for my flight on Tuesday and asked the WP desk what was happening. They said technical issues, only occuring intermittently - as in only working intermittently. Still not working today.

Not working last week and had to gain utility by not logging in, just using managing your booking.
Working fine today as I've moved from my allocated 10F to 4D on Cairns B734 - middle seats still showing vacant for about the first 6 rows.:mrgreen:

IE6 works fine for me.. also the seat plan can take some time to load up. The OLCI button appeared a couple of hours later which was good.

I guess it must the broader POS IT environment. I have managed to get Firefox running now so it should work in future...

I have been trying (for about 2 hours this morning) to check-in online and print boarding pass, but system kept giving error - server not available at moment!
