Booked SYD-BKK-SYD today for $598. Pretty good value I thought. You could easily pay more on JQ, Scoot or D7, and get quite a bit less...

I have an AA award on 02 June but also need to be in Thailand end September but is not part of the specials. Checking the link above and it came to me that I can move the AA award to September and book the Qantas special in June. ;)

Now to see if I can find availability on AA.

Interesting that SYD-BKK is on sale but SYD-SIN is not.

Is probably cheaper for SYD siders to book a MEL return and MEL-SIN

You will need to explain the concept of "need"! :)
I already have the WP requal. quota sorted for this year. On the basis of MR's/SCR's I don't "need" a revenue flight until after October.

I was able to fit a couple of BR fares in with this "need" nicely in the past ...

I would venture that exPER, the sale is a normal QF "fail" unless traveling PER-SIN on the 737...

PER-JNB QF weekday sale price $2126
PER-JNB CX weekday price early May $1807 (V class)

YMMV when wandering
