QF A380 71D or 35K

Hi everyone

Currently have 71D booked on the A380 but also can choose 35K what would you all choose?

I am concerned about it being bumpy being at the rear and perhaps a little noisey and cold too

If you select from the upper deck you may be at the mercy of config. changes - in which case you'd likely lose that 71D.

35K should be a better seat however.

How soon is the flight?

If in the next week or the second half of next year the config. is likely to stick.

I agree with that hadnt actually taken that inot account and as the flight is not untill December it may well be a risk and well 71D is a nice seat

As for the config changes, we had 3 in the week leading up to taking the flight back from LHR.

It played in our favour in the end.

As for the turbulence. It does wiggle a bit at the back, however it wasn't something that bothered me.

To revive an old thread, I'm seeking further counsel and opinions on this question of 71D vs 35J/K (flight in August/December QF1/2, both options available on both flights) on A380.

Had 32K last week on QF1 and loved it, quiet, great service and quick de planing given a full load sees only 100 pax ahead of you versus 175 if your in row 71 with a full load.

35K for me on QF2/10 next week for those very reasons. Hopefully no aircraft change.

Are they still holding Y pax back on the lower deck until J has cleared on the top deck?

Out of 32J or K which would you choose and why?

32K because of the side bin which also gives you a foot rest.
