Qatar Business Companion Fare Sale

Got an email from Qatar about a business class companion fare about an hour ago.

I've tried some Ex-HK routes and the booking engine doesn't yet seem to recognise the companion fares.

Has anyone else received it? It seems only for travel out of selected ports, none in Australia though. Text from the linked page is as follows:

• Travel period: 10th October 2013 - 31st March 2014.
• Offer valid for flights purchased at least 3 days prior to departure.

• Blackout dates (travel not allowed):
  - 12th-23rd December 2013 and 2nd-12th January 2014
• Minimum stay: 3 days
• Not valid on itineraries to Doha as a final destination (excluding transit in Doha). Itineraries requiring a transit in Doha are allowed.
• Passengers must travel together.
• Taxes and surcharges will apply to the companion ticket.
• Except for itineraries originating from Iran or Korea, tickets are non-endorsable, non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes are permitted for a fee of USD 250. In case of no-show, ticket has no value for use on any other service, and it is non-refundable, non-changeable and non-bookable.
• For itineraries originating from Korea, tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable and non-changeable. Cancellations before departures are refundable for a fee of KRW 200,000 (Korea). Cancellations after departure are non-refundable. In case of no-show, ticket has no value for use on any other service, and it is non-refundable, non-changeable and non-bookable.
• For itineraries originating from Iran, tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable and non-changeable. Cancellations before or after departures are refundable for a fee of USD 50. In case of no-show, a no-show fee of USD 100 will be applied on top of the refund fee.
• Seats are limited and are subject to availability.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
