Hi all,
Having perused past posts without finding a clear answer, I am in need of your assistance. My partner and her sister booked flights Melb - Cairns return for later this year on a Qantas Red E-deal. Due to changed family circumstances, they are now going to have to cancel the flights.
I understand a credit voucher can be issued for a validity of 12 months from the original booking date. However a couple of points are not clear when we read the conditions for cancellation of flights.
1. Both are QFF members, will the voucher be issued in both names, or be only in the name of the person who paid for the tickets?
2. Do both sisters have to travel together on a new itinary, or can one travel by themselves using the voucher?
Any other suggestions welcome, thanks in advance.
