I've seen a few posts about this but I can't find a definitive answer. Has anybody successfully (or unsuccessfully) paid for QF carrier charges on an award flight with a Qantas gift voucher?

I can see in the T&Cs that vouchers "... cannot be used for multi-city, Classic Flight Rewards or Points Plus Pay - Flights booking ..." but this doesn't specifically mention surcharges, so I'm just wondering.

Thanks in advance for any info.

I believe it is not possible, unfortunately. QF vouchers can only be used for one-way or return cash bookings (originating in Australia).
