Qantas does not send me my eFrequent Flyer statement each month but does send one to my husband. Checking my account on the web I noticed that 8000 points was deducted from my account earlier in the year. Sometime ago I emailed the advertised contact for the Qantas FF program but have had no explanation for the deduction in points. I did bid for an upgrade which was not awarded - could that be the reason that points were deducted? Has anyone else had this experience with Qantas FF?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

It will tell you in your activity statement what the points were deducted for, have you checked that?

On your account in your profile you can edit what email subscriptions you get.

As for the missing points, sounds like perhaps an On Departure Upgrade? It should have a reference by the point deduction that could be used to work out what it was spent on. I'd suggest giving the service centre a call on 13 13 13.

What a wonderful service this Frequent Flyer forum is. Phoned 131313 and was able to get the problem sorted straight away. Thank you for the help. For your information it was an 'in house' use of points.
