I know the Qantas domestic fare changes has been covered extensively in another thread, but on a different note - are these changes going to be bad for AAdvantage members?

Is this bad news (no AA earn on sales)?? Or does it mean O class will become the cheapest year-round fare??E class will remain as part of the Red eDeal fare family, however will be used for tactical/sale activity in the new fare structure. From 7 July 2011, a year round fare will not be offered in this booking class.
