Hi everyone,

I know that this is going to be a very 'nooby' type question, but I am seriously thinking of joining QC through your corporate program for our trip to London via Dubai in April.
i just wanted to confirm that (perhaps Emirates aside here, so assuming a QF flight No.) I will have access to the international business lounges in syd, dub and london, no matter what class of ticket I have?

Thanks for answering my question.. I know it 'seems' that I will based on what I have searched so far, but confirmation would be a very reassuring thing!

thanks again,

Zoe.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I don't think its been fully decided as yet, so maybe hold off till you find out the full details. I think you would have access in SYD and DXB, not sure about London.

You will only have access to the Business lounges if you are travelling Business Class or have Platinum status, otherwise, QC membership gets you into the Qantas Club lounges in Sydney and Dubai. Depending on you FF status you might not have access to the lounge in London, not sure what the post 1 Apr deal will be.

You can read all the rules here.

Eligibility and Access to The Qantas Club Lounges | Qantas

As per the posted rules, the OP would have access to the International Business Lounge in SYD as a QC member travelling in Y on a QF flight.

I'm sorry.. I think I am a little confused... Qantas club lounges and business class lounges are different lounges?

For international they call the Qantas Business class lounge the Qantas Club.

For domestic there is a Qantas Club and a Domestic Business Lounge.

Just to be clear - lounge access for QC members (referred to here as QP) has not been announced. In fact First lounge access for Qantas Platinum has not been confirmed in DXB.

After the announcement, I am still confused here about the lounge access with emirates bookings. The annoucement mentioned about eligibility to access DXB lounge, but will I have access in Australia when I fly out on Emirates with Emirates booking?

It that as a QP member?

Yes...

By reading the link provided by @moa999 (and thanks), there should be no problem to access lounge when flying out on EK to DXB, which is a great news.
But on my way back, I will transit in SIN, so looks like it not gonna work as you have to travel to DXB or AUS...
