Qantas Business Rewards change email address

I just tried to change the email address for my QBR and got the following response

Thank you for contacting the Qantas Business Rewards Service Centre.

Before we can update your details on your Qantas Business Rewards account, please provide it in a company letterhead requesting to update details and signed by the CEO, Director etc.

Should you have any further queries, please call us here at the Service Centre on 13 74 78 between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday (AEST) or call +61 2 8222 2563 for outside Australia. One of our experienced agents will be happy to assist you further.

I work as a sole contractor and the ABN is under my name and my trading name is my name so I don't have a letterhead. I work in a very specialised field so any work I get is from word of mouth.

So my question is - has anyone else had any luck changing their email address in these circumstances and how to QBR handle it
 
Solution
I went through this a couple of years' ago when our head office changed our email address domain, but the ABN didn't change. I created a new admin profile for me in the existing account, with the new email address, and stopped using the old profile. We haven't had any issues following the change
