Just received an email to say that I could get a whole heap of things including Triple points - don't remember seeing this before and I've just booked a few flights - dammit

yes. mine didn't have it.

I also didn't get a triple points offer as part of it.

In the past I've also received a substantial discount percentage from the FF store, so much so I almost bought [-]toasters[/-] a flight sim experience!

The birthday offering seems random. One family member received the $30 off voucher (which is fully transferable), another with a birthday just a few days later received nothing. I'd book refundable hotels if you can, if you get a voucher you can always cancel and rebook.

I'm mildly annoyed by this as I could use the voucher. Have emailed QFF customer service but have yet to receive a reply.

I received the triple points birthday offer last week which worked out well as I had to book some flights which was great (although a few weeks earlier would also have been good as I have taken a lot of flights recently for work).

I flew the first leg yesterday and have received the base points + status bonus but not the bonus points. It says the points can take up to 6 weeks - does anyone have experience with receiving them?

Yup, got my "birthday" pressy from Uncle Q the other day. It may be handy for upcoming 1st grand-daughter birth in MEL in Jan2017. Having your birthday near Xmas results in a lot of similar offers from various hotel chains, menswear etc. Much appreciated Uncle Q!!

If you had got a SC offer it would have been most likely 50% bonus, not double and certainly not triple.
