Problems with booking on Accor website

Planning a trip to Melbourne from 6 June to 9 June 2018. Went onto Accor website this morning and saw there were some good rates at Novotel Collins street. Did not try other Accor options and went on to website again tonight.

Our preference is Swanston Grand Mercure and they too had good rates. Chose the executive room with breakfast at $523 for the 3 nights but would not let me complete the booking. Tried the app on the mobile and same rates but again would not allow me to complete the booking. Tried Novotel instead and same story.

Made contact with the call centre and they were not seeing those rates at all. Offered to send screen shots but they said they could not do anything and I would need to contact member services in the morning and to make sure I had the screen shots which I have.

Any else had a similar issues?
