Priority Pass for family member

I currently hold an Amex Plat Charge, and I’ve just received the Plat Reserve companion card which comes with a Priority Pass account limited to two visits, which I won’t be needing as the Plat Charge provides two unlimited accounts. Can I then assign the limited Priority Pass account to a family member? Has anyone been able to do this?

Are they two free visits? Some PP memberships you need to pay USD27.00 per visit even for the main cardholder.

Yeah they're the one with the two free visits (identical to what Citibank Signature offers I believe)
