I have a spreadsheet that I have kept all my Qantas flights logged in. Nothing special, just a handful of columns with Date, Flight #, Seat, From, To (although most seem to be ADL and DRW)

My SC count is in the mid thirties or so I thought. It seems that over the years as each version of Excel updates to the next, through the misalignment of Jupiter's moons, I have lost 2006 data - all of it. Weird huh?

My question to this learned group - can I get this data from anywhere? Can Qantas give me access to this data?

Qantas can give you copies of all your statement for a fee, 2,500 Points per statement

Sure you haven't accidently filtered or hidden rows?
Otherwise (if a Plat or above) can request to go back to Paper statements which still show the running balance (have just ticked over 17k myself)

Why they don't show this on the website I don't know.

I like that luggage tag in your picture. Where do I get one like that?

Having checked, all the tabs except 2006 are there. It is entirely possible when the moons of Jupiter aligned, I overwrote a page of data when copying years... :|

I called Qantas a few months back asking for historical flights and they were able to give me data back to 2002...but that was only date, flight number and origin/destination. Perhaps if you got similar information you could rebuild the SC numbers?

Then again I had only taken about 10-15 flights during that period so the operator was happy to read it out to me over the phone! I'm sure there was some missing data there as well (they had me going from PER-MEL and PER-CNS but didn't log the return flights) but it could be a start?

I read somewhere as well that you can request your outgoing immigration passenger cards from the Government for free, which could work for international flights...haven't tried it myself.

+1 for calling and asking, I actually emailed asking for all my flights (so I could start my AFF flight tracker map!), they carried back and said they could either send me a statement for 2,500 points or they could read it out over the phone for free. Took 5 min for approx 30 flights (date, flight #, airline, airport from-to). Cooks have given me more flight info but I didn't really need it. Not sure if they'd be able to tell you your seat # tho?

I have just started on filling in the flight tracker - I have my itineraries from 2011 and boarding passes from 08. I just discovered that boarding passes don't have the year on them so I will need to match up what I can to my pass port stamps and hopefully work the correct year out for the rest logically. The many flights I took before 08 will never be able to be traced.

And with the change yesterday they won't show online if you havn't earned any SC's in your current "year".
