I'm trying to get my post c ount to 15 so I can reply to a PM, but it continues to say that my post count is 13. I have refreshed and closed/reopened my browser. Any suggestions?

You shouldn't post just so that you can reply to a PM - you should post because you have something to say.

It might have been if you were posting in the Playground as posts in there do not count.

You had 4 posts in "Playground" threads. These do not count.

FWIW, some of these threads are pertinent to regular travellers and have been moved out.

true true. That was why I was posting to threads in the playground where I could say something relevant.

I reached my 15 and was able to PM Virgin Australia in reply to a query relating travel with my disabled daughter.

    Hi ema,

For the reference of anyone else in this situation in the future you can always PM a moderator and they will forward your PM appropriately without any issues.

I thought you could PM authenticated reps, or did I just dream that?

No, unfortunately you can't. You didn't dream it, that's what I initially thought as well - so I might have (incorrectly) mentioned that you could somewhere :D

What straitman says is correct, anyone can PM a mod/admin and we will be happy to forward it for you
