This seems too small a thing to warrant its own thread, but I wanted to report on a positive experience with Qantas. I am booking a lot of flights to and from Queensland at the moment for work travel (admittedly many not with Qantas) and due to not checking closely enough I booked a BNE-MEL flight with Qantas on the wrong Friday (one week out). I remembered something about a grace period for customer booking errors, so I called up as a Bronze member and gave it a shot. Result - successful change and a good experience.
