Points and SC on code-share flights

How long does it usually take for points and SCs to post when flying on a VA ticket on SQ metal? It's been over a week now and still nothing. The VA website says to wait 14 days after the flight before filing a missing points claim.

I recently got back from flying to Seoul via Singapore on VA ticketed SQ flights. My VA membership was on all boarding passes, and points and status credits were posted within 48hrs of completing the flights. Odd to know why yours haven't posted yet.

My 2 flights earlier this year on SQ metal and VA tickets, I had to put in a claim after the 2 weeks. They eventually showed not long after.

It's taken as long as 12 days for me.

I have recently done a European return trip on a SQ (non codeshare) ticketed flight on SQ metal.
The first sector to Singapore credited the next day, the second sector I had to wait the 14 days to put in a retro claim.
Nothing has appeared yet 5 days after completion of my trip for the return flights. Suspect I will have to retro claim again.
