Hi all, sorry if this has been asked before...

I know that to use one of the Plat upgrade tokens you need to be booked on a flexi/freedom fare. What about if you are booked on a reward flight?

If you booked an "Economy Reward" they are not eligable.
If you booked "Any Seat" and selected Freedom yes they are eligible subject to availability.
