Have been fortunate to have a few pairs of pjs from Emirates and Qantas.
People tend to board and change into them

Curious about premium cabins that don't give pjs
For example Cathay business doesn't give out pjs in business only in first (I believe)

As much as i have bagged QF in recent times, they are one of the few airlines that hand out PJs in J :)

I'm finding I'm becoming less of a fan of the PJs. It's just too awkward to change into and back again out of them again. The loos are terrible for that purpose. And what do you do with your removed clothes during flight? Everything on a coat hanger, hanging somewhere?

I have used PJs many times and like them. But wearing comfortable clothes in the first place seems to work much better for me for most flights.

And give me proper socks and especially slippers!

I BYO slippers now on most flights.

I always take some PJs for those airlines that don't hand them out in J.

But I never take QF J PJs for those occasions, as the design is OTT DYKWIA for non-QF situations. I only pack QF F or EK F jobs for such occasions. It's the subtle DYKWIA in me...:D.

I can never get those scuff/slipper things to fit or stay on, so I just use amenity kit socks and ditch them at the end of the flight.

It's always easy enough to ask for a clothes hanger.

I never bothered much but do change now for longer sleeping flights. Agree the ‘when do I change in the loo’ issue is the only drawback. I put my clothes back in the Qatar drawstring bag. Qatar keep their bathrooms wonderfully clean - and dry! Qatar slippers are also the best I’ve found.

Personally no, I see no reason to.

I also want to avoid getting changed in a cramped bathroom with a urine soaked floor, very unappealing.

Last QFA business flight had 1 pax change out of the cabin.

Last SIA business had no one changed.

It seems more of a 'novelty' but each to their own.

I'm curious why only business passengers would be inclined to change? If it was a thing why don't we see econ pax getting changed?

Ditto for any flight > 4-5 hours!! I have now restarted collecting hotel slippers as I leave the slippers on the plane upon exiting ;)

About half my long hauI flights are in Y. I hate sleeping in my clothes and always take a t-shirt and light weight track suit pants/pjamas to change into. I see quite a few other people do the same. Each to their own I suppose.

Always change, if only changing out of trousers. Use QF F pjs as the most comfortable and well fitting. I ask for a hanger before changing. Change back immediatly after the tray is removed, as the bed is dismantled.

We are clearing storage units.
Came across a huge plastic container of hotel slippers.....think I know what to do with them lol

When travelling economy or premium I tend to get organised in the lounge and go to very comfy flight clothes .
Depending on where I am landing/length of flight (LAX for example from sydney )depends on whether I change again prior to landing.
So even if I don't do the pjs that doesn't means I won't change again

I never accept them if offered. They are pointless waits of time that only lead to excessive lines for the toilets.

The only place I’ve ever seen where I’d change are the EK F shower/toilet suites.
J toilets are still a bit too “ew!” for me to be having clothes touch the ground, as would need to occur to get changed ...

And daytime flights too! PJs should be comfortable to sleep or lounge in, they stop clothes getting wrinkled, and protect against any food spillage.

This is why it seems QF's PJs are pretty much a gimmick rather than for actual passenger comfort. Otherwise they'd offer them on day flights for those latter two reasons alone.

I’ve never been into a wet floor in Qatar J. Each time I’ve entered the new paper toilet seat has been fitted. Random timings.

My clothes don’t touch the ground at all?

Shorts I could do it, long pants I can’t balance on the provided slippers well enough to remove said pants without them touching something in the cubicle.

They do on the SYD-JNB sector which is a day flight.
