Paying tax bills with credit cards?

As it says on the tin, I have large tax bills regularly (provisional tax) and I keep hearing people talking about using credit cards to pay the ATO but I can't see that as an option?

Can someone help?

I only discovered this last year (don't make enough use of threads outside the straight and narrow Qantas area.) Anyway been diligently using it ever since and even my accountant approves. Go to www.optussmartpay.com/governmenteasypay-ato/ you can then fill in your credit card details and eft code and pay your tax. I know some credit cards don't allow you to earn points on ato payments, but don't know whether yours does or not.

I recommend you read the last 20 or so pages at least before asking anything (as it has more then likely been asked before)
