A WHEELCHAIR-BOUND passenger with a leg cast made entirely of cocaine has been arrested in Barcelona Airport.

The 66-year-old man, flying from Santiago, Chile, also had cocaine stashed in six cans of beer and two folding stools in his luggage.

Still, this one gets top marks from me for ingenuity and creativeness.
 
Yes it always amazes me the things people will try!

What is sad though is that these people are brave enough, or silly enough, to smuggle drugs and actually think they will get away with it. You could not pay me enough....
 
Nor me! As you say it is a strange (rare?) combination of guts and stupidity...

Title of the thread should of course read...
