wonder who does their maintenance ? (or doesn't)

+ minor injuries

It's an internal piece of window covering and trim, which as you can see can be removed and replaced. The 10 minutes of severe turbulence may have dislodged it. The structural integrity of the aircraft doesn't appear compromised.
