We have purchased Oneworld Circle Asia & South West Pacific fare SYD-SIN-HKG-PVG-NRT-SYD for travel in Apr 09 and now our daughter who's currently working in SIN wants to join us.
Her itinerary would be SIN-HKG-PVG-NRT-SIN.
I'm thinking of getting her single continent Visit Asia fare which worked out to be US$1050 + taxes. One of the T&C is as follows:
· Only available to residents of the country of sale outside Asia, when booked prior to departure at country of origin. This fare must be booked in conjunction with return travel to Asia on Oneworld member airlines.
She holds an Aust passport and would travel SIN-SYD-SIN in Feb 09 for a week. Has anyone purchased this fare? How strict it is as far as "in conjunction with return travel to Asia". Would they accept one way travel SYD-SIN?
Is there any other alternatives or better fares? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
