Old Booking still in MMB?

I've noticed that in the MMB section of the QF Website, I still have an old booking from Xmas time sitting there with all flights on that booking flown.

Anyone else noticed this or have this issue?

Had this issue a few times. Cant remember the reason for it but call QF and they can delete it from your bookings.

I had this once for LHR-MEL. Received the points & SC for flying but the itinerary stayed there for nine months with a new expiry date. The really sneaky thing was that I'd grabbed a points upgrade to PE and those points were never removed, even when the later date passed

Yes I have flights on partner airlines that I took in Sept/Oct that I used QFF points for and they have only recently fallen off. I cancelled a booking this week and it is still showing up in my bookings - I expect a couple of months will pass before it falls off also.

An easy way to remove these bookings is to use the Finnair website. Retrieve your booking using AY MMB and from there you can remove your QFF number from the booking.

I seem to recall some discussion that these persistently visible PNR's could sometimes be attributed to BA adding information segments at the end of bookings.

Although just info segments, each has a date attached which is often several months after the last true flown segment, which can force the itinerary to remain "open". These info segments are often not visible on MMB and other itinerary viewers.
