Hi all

I'm a frequent flyer points enthusiast currently looking to top up my frequent flyer points for a trip to Europe with my family.

I'm offering advice on how to best use frequent flyer points for airline travel in exchange for using my referral link to sign up for the AMEX Platinum Charge card.

First up, the AMEX Plat Charge comes with a significant annual fee of $1200, and is not for everyone. However, it will deliver you a massive sign on bonus plus many valuable additional benefits. By using my referral link, you'll receive 120,000 AMEX points once you've been approved and spend $1000 on the card. These points can be converted to a number of different airline schemes, and will get you well on your way to an awesome trip (as an example, you could get to London one way on Singapore Airlines Suites, or return business class to Hong Kong via Cathay. The Suites fare would usually cost you over $7000 if you booked it outright, so this represents great value)!

In exchange for using my referral link (which nets me 20,000 points), I'm happy to provide you with initial email or phone advice on researching or planning your award point trip, or providing a list of suggested uses for your points that represent the best value proposition.

Having recently returned from a 280k oneworld award, with an outlay of less than $500 in taxes all up, I'm particularly well placed to advise you on how to go about booking this 'holy grail' of awards - the 'Oneworld classic' award in economy, business or first class.

I can advise you on the different tools and reference information you'll need access to in order to research, plan and book an amazing trip for yourself, and can explain the rules to you in plain English, avoiding you then need to trawl through all the information in the forums, which can take ages to digest.

I can also give you tips on minimising taxes, fees, fuel fines etc associated with airline award fares (avoid exorbitant fees!), to ensure you really do get the best value from your points.

So it's a win / win - you get 120,000 points plus some advice on how to best use them, and I'll receive 20,000 points for your referral. Please get in touch if you're interested :)

My direct referral link (including details on all the important info you need to know about the card) is: http://amex.com.au/refer/adeleeF6LP
