I think the federal government stops underwriting domestic flights around mid-June.

I would have thought they would keep operating at least a daily SYD-MEL flight after the subsidised flights end, but even that isn't scheduled. Things must be pretty dire at VA.

I suspect that flights are still scheduled beyond 13 July because they haven't been cancelled yet... VA is still selling its pre-COVID schedule from that date, including 25 daily SYD-MEL flights. There is no way most of those flights will operate.
Checking the VA website, there’s nothing available until 13 July.

I did only check SYD-MEL though.

Thank's @Rangalad I'm glad this thread was created.

I am booked on the one and only SYD-BNE flight on Sunday 14th June, bought through an online travel agent as they had seats at a special fare that had been removed on the Virgin site overnight.

I've now got time to plan a backup flight option.

Edited: Flights have been loaded back in as said by Rohit and bcworld below

I can see at-least 1 SYD-MEL service every day in June.
Yup, they seem to have loaded the minimum flights back in. Was nothing earlier today.

Every day shows '1 fare left' on the route I'm looking at.

As a side note, I've fallen for that message before.

One time I booked a flight so that I wouldn't miss it, looked again after the booking and there were more fares available for the same cost for the same flight. It should be illegal...
