No points/SC for DONE4 segment

QF are beginning to annoy me. My earning page contains a note that points and SC's were not earned on the PRG- LHR leg of my current DONE4 because of "ineligible booking class".

Since the booking was made with QF, how is this possible?

What was the flight number and booking class? You can see this when you log in to your booking.
Then look at the earning table in the T&Cs..

It matters not what airline 'plated' the ticket.

It's based on fare bucket, marketing carrier and operating carrier.

Being a DONEx then the fare bucket can only have been D or L, for the route, the operating carrier must have been BA. What was the marketing carrier (First two characters of the flight number)?

BA and the fare bucket is definitely D. I have little doubt that I'll eventually get the points and SC's but it's annoying to have to go through the appeals process.
