Need 125K QF FFP's for LHR Preference

Hi Everybody
I'm digesting the Webinar from last night:
I've managed to use QF FFP's MEL-LAX and JFK-LGW and now SHE insists we fly HRW-MEL Business on QF 10 December 2018.
Problem is that I need another 125K QF FFP's or equivalent.
Given all that excellent information in the webinar:
What is YOUR recommendation re buying 125K QF FFP's or Equivalent to use HRW-MEL Business on QF 10 in December 2018 ?

I believe by HRW you mean LHR.

You cant "buy" Qantas FF points directly. But there are earns that may be "optimised" such as bonus offers on wine via epicure etc.

Join WWR and buy as much on orange WWR card and pay with credit card that earns QFF points at WW supermarkets.
Stay at any hotels or AirBnB now with bookings at QF hotels.
Do WW petrol and pay with orange WWR card.
Wine as mentioned.
Credit card offers but don't if you cant afford it. Sometimes you have to spend $3000 in 3 months for the real bonus bonus.
Vodafone postpaid Red.
Will probably be quite a long road ahead.

In the Webinar, we recommend - as docjames says - purchasing points from selected international airlines (i.e. not Qantas). You can purchase Qantas points (either directly or via other transactions such as Epicure) but it is generally better value to purchase points from the airlines we refer to in the webinar

One way to get your 125K QFF points would be via credit card sign ups. You could get there with just 2 cards and probably 2 to 3 months time from now.

CC signup bonus would be the easiest/quickest.....

but also remember December will be peak travel season so demand will be high and award space most likely gone or hard to come by.. so you may need to be rather flexible..... whatever program you use.
