To receive the 10K bonus points you must make an everyday spend within 30 days of opening the card.
To receive the remainder 100K bonus points you must spend $4,000 on the card within the first 2 months.

I also received the offer, and immediately deleted it. I had applied for this card myself earlier this year, but they knocked me back and said I could have the Platinum Card instead.
