My Hilton Honors account has just been hacked

I just received emails confirming points transfers I did not do and now all my Hilton Honors points have gone! I have raised a case with customer service online so hoping to get these back. They said it will take 7-10 business days. Does anyone else think I'll get my points back? Its not a nice feeling :(
 
This would not be a good feeling and I have read more stories lately on other forums of this happening.
From what I have read of other peoples experiences it may take up to a month to get your points back . Also have you changed your password and checked your details have not changed. Like email address.

I would also like to know if the person who transferred all my points actually used them??
Only if they were able to redeem for cash vouchers. Hotel bookings not yet used are easily traced and cancelled.
