I’m planning a lengthy holiday (about 4 months) which was due to start in January but because of having to go for emergency surgery last Monday has now been rescheduled for March.
However, I still thought I’d get the ball rolling now as you can never research these things too much.
The itinerary is something like this; Brisbane to Sydney then Honolulu, LA, NY, London, somewhere else in Europe then maybe Dubai and back to Brisbane.
I’m also a very spur of the moment traveller and none of this is set in stone; I know some stops will be included in a round-the-world fare and I can get a cheap flight from LA to NY for example and from London to another European capital. I tend to go where my heart takes me and I may end up changing my plans as I travel.
Just wondering if anyone else has undertaken something similar and can offer any alternatives, like Japan instead of Hawaii (hotels in Hawaii seem to be a lot cheaper) or should I try to fit somewhere like Moscow in?
Thanks
