Hi there all,

It is with much love and sincerity that I wish every single member of AFF a very merry Christmas :)

I initially engaged with this forum due to travel issues and such forth, but very quickly became enamoured with the opportunity to interact with such a wonderful collection of people of so very many opinions and knowledge about all things.

I think that to me, as to many here, that AFF is a very important part of my life. Even when I disagree with some, even when I get "tired" and let loose late at night, the community here is wonderful and caring and sane and enlightened.

In any online forum you will eventually find points of disagreement with some others, and due to the dynamics of online things that can immediately kill any rapport or relationship. But this is a rare forum where so many are more mature, more stable, where despite completely opposite views, you still get to rejoice when you share a common thought :)

Thus I thank AFF for existing, and I thank all the members with whom I agree upon things, and I even more so thank the members with which I disagree, but are so kind and rational and decent in their disagreement. (trust me, I listen and allow impact from everyone :) )

My world is blessed by AFF - there is a whole number of people out there who I would now like to meet.

I will continue in 2020 to be the same person. With posts ranging from helpful to desolate cries. And I know that the fun and enjoyment will continue.

Thank you AFF. Thank you all the members. There is not a single participant in these threads that I would not feel I owed the first beer.... :)

Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas all.

And thank you juddles - I agree the forum is a great place. I don't post much as everyone else has much more information than I to give but I love coming to read and learn.

We did our annual Christmas visit to the Sydney Fish Market at midnight 23/12 for our Christmas do on 24/12. Easy in, easy shop easy out. Park-shop-back on road was 20min

prices
Tasmanian tuna sashimi $99/kg
Large Atlantic salmon whole $22/kg
SYDNEY rock oysters$23/doz
XL tiger prawns cooked $47/kg

We didn’t get the bluefin tuna @ $250/kg

I shortchanged the parking attendant by $0.50. I paid in coins and dropped the 0.50c coin in the car as I handed him $4.50 in coins. He didn’t count it😁. They never do.
