Meeting Room Required Sydney on Sunday for 5 hours

I just noticed qantas meeting rooms don't open on a Sunday and I have a need for one for four people for five hours in SYD on Sunday.

Any other suggestions guys - suite at hotel that's close and got a large desk or buiness centre that has some privacy or separate room for hire.

Any ideas most appreciated.

Stamford is good, this year i have held a few at the Holiday Inn..
