Loyalty bonus prompt delay

Is it just me, or...

I returned from DUB last Tuesday via the LHR-PER flight (hip hip hooray for the op-up to J) and clocked the 500SC YTD QF marketed. It's been a week and I'm yet to see the prompt in my account re the loyalty bonus.

What I can see is the statement saying what my LB YTD SCs are (660 qualifying vs 755 total) and when my next LB is due (1000). So it's not a case of DSCs/1.5SCs/QF Metal/QF Marketed clouding my judgement.

By now I should have had the prompt to convert the LB to points (duh) or SCs - but I haven't.

Mrs BenSQ380 returned the same day from Bali and had her prompt diligently waiting for her next login.

Anyhow I thought I'd put it out there to the people who probably know why before I call the people who probably don't. If nothing else it'll be one for posterity because I couldn't find a hit on the same issue in search.

Were they all standard SCs? DSCs from after a date earlier this year no longer count to the loyalty bonus requirements.

Thanks mviy - all legit qualifying SCs per my second paragraph. Maybe the op up is an unpublished loyalty bonus, in which case I'm more than happy.

Ah the days of upgrade credits....
 
Mine's been about 24 hours now since I flew MEL-SYD and got the 10 status credits to push me over.

Is there an over/under for how long it takes to appear with the SC/points choice?

I think it previous appeared instantly. Do I have to call up? (Sure hope not.)

Give it a day or so. I imagine the batch job runs overnight to do that. I wouldn't call just give it a day or so to show up on the account page.
 
Update:
I called early last week and it was escalated to IT and I was advised to call back in 7 days if it hadn't appeared. Fast forward and I've done so. They have now sent a second request over IT to the 'loyalty team' and advised I'll get a call when it's sorted.

Hopefully you've had the prompt. I've never experienced a delay in the past. My only traumatic experience to date was when the option for SC came out and I chose points. My bad.

My wife arrived home from Bali the same day as I did and was also due a LOBO which showed up straight away.
 
Status bonus prompt received today. It took 3 phone calls to get it sorted in the end. My last call I mentioned to them just to provide me with the status credits if that was easier, however I still got the prompt.

To QFF's credit I did get a call to confirm my loyalty bonus prompt had been activated, which I thought was pretty good service.

Hopefully this is an isolated incident.
