Lounge access for Business/PLatinum

With the alliance between NZ/VA ending soon, does anyone know what will happen with lounge access?
Currently you can use the Air NZ lounges in Oz and NZ, but will this change to someone else after the alliance ends?

I am Platinum and will be travelling to NZ in December.

No one knows. They just allowed access to Plaza Premium in Melbourne for those travelling to NAN, maybe that will be the option there. Probably more likely they put everyone in to the VA lounge, though...It's likely going to depend on which airport, and thus the ridiculous spaghetti junction lounge access gets worse. Maybe they will finally co-brand the EY lounges.

Makes for curiousity about some airports in NZ though when flying VA metal back to Australia, as some do not have any pay lounges which are obvious candidates. Back to the old voucher system?
