Left luggage/Bag lockers at SIN T1

Hi,

My partner and I have a 9.5 hour transit in Singapore in March, and plan to head into town for some food/shopping. We would rather not lug our cabin bags with us and we were wondering if there is somewhere airside that we could leave them (baggage lockers?). We are flying J on EK that night, so we would have access to both the Qantas Club and the Emirates lounge - can you leave bags there and is it secure?
