LAX QF Lounge Access questions

Hi all,
Just after some advice with respect to QF business lounge access at TBIT on two upcoming flights I have...

Flight #1 - arriving LAX from SYD on QF11, transferring to QF3283 (LA to PHX operated by AA departing Terminal 0). I'm QFF gold, assume that I can access the QF lounge in TBIT or is it a bit difficult to do so? I have 4 hours between arrival and departure.

Flight #2 - departing LAX to SYD on AA73; departs Terminal 0. As QFF gold, can I access the QF lounge in TBIT? I will also have my spouse and two children (both under 10) - are they able to accompany me?

Guessing you mean Terminal 4 for the AA flights?

Basically yes, you can access the QF lounge for both flights. The TBIT-T4 airside transfer walkway makes this a 10minute walk so with the 4 hour transit more than enough time to do this. You can even use your AA boarding pass (which should be issued by QF in SYD) for the PHX flight to clear security at TBIT and go straight to the lounge, then walk over to T4 for your AA flight. Remember though they won't announce the AA departures so you need to keep track yourself and allow a bit of extra time, specially if the flight is over at the Eagles Nest (though I doubt it to PHX)

Flight 1: yes you have access.

Flight 2: yes you have access.

Next onward flight that day must be on a Qantas^, Jetstar Airlines+ or oneworld operated and marketed flight.#
One guest allowed and must be travelling with the member on the same flight.
I dont think children count as guests.

I guess so - the QF app says 'Terminal 0' but I assume too that it is Terminal 4? But thanks for clarifying!

I can't recall whether I have asked this before so apologies if I have but would Flight #1 in the OP have access in LAX if they were on seperate bookings with no codeshare and based on being in F on QF11 (no status)?

Yes if entering as a QF SG (or WP for the F lounge)

Yes based on the inbound class of service on long haul being F and connecting to a One World short haul flight same day. Access to F Lounge will be granted.
These are One World rules.

Ok that rule reads like it doesn't matter if it's on different bookings provided the ongoing flight is the same day. So sounds like it would be find for me?

Yes but to be sure, I’d book mark that page. As @RichardMEL says the lounge is notorious for making up the rules as it suits them.
Show the inbound F BP first up.
