Brilliant offer from QR out of HKG (to numerous European cities) on new 787 in Y, take HKG/ZAG/HKG a mere HKD$2400 about AUD$400 buy an extra spare seat and then spread out (I used Hong Kong and Zagreb as they are 2 excellent cities)

Return fares but "Fares exclude all applicable fees, taxes and airport charges". Not sure how much more would be added.

I'd guess about 10% of Qantas award fees ec. - if any, all airlines I know of who fly "out" of HKG charge virtually nothing.

I just had a look at the fares to Berlin. The base fare is HKD2,200 (just under AU$400) the taxes and carrier imposed charges are another HKD2,689 (just over AU$450). Different routes may have different fees associated with them, or YMMV.

What dates can you get this fair to come up with? I haven't had any luck on google flights or QR website and I have tried LHR, ZAG and Berlin.

From Sydney on a Y booking later this month its $370 (QF SYD-MEL-LHR (BA)- TXL) and from HKG all on BA its $130.
