I need to research flights within Chile and Argentina in Jan and Feb 2018.

Their website shows nothing at all from mid December 2017.

Is this normal? And should I pursue it? I'm only looking at Latam for the status and points as Aero Argentina seems to be better and certainly more reliable.

My other concern is I need to do a Santiago to Puerto Montt trip and it seems only Latam and Skyair (or similar) fly there.

Latam apparently will be getting back to me at their leisure so the customer service manager must be on leave (or waiting for a replacement cancelled flight)

I'm assuming that you're looking for paid flights, not award flights.

What website are you looking at? Is it the Australian version of the LATAM website? Or the local Chilean/Argentinian or US version?

Even if you can see the flights on LATAM's AU website, the prices are generally at least double that of the local/US websites.

I am looking at paid flights.
At present there are nil flights showing, regardless of what site I use.

Even TA I spoke with was a bit clueless as to why.

Life's little mysteries keep appearing.

...... I'm only looking at Latam for the status and points ....

First thing - yes it is weird - I can't find flights then either through LATAM site nor via third party (Hipmunk, etc)

Must be a system glitch. Out of interest - how long has this been like this?

Second thing - make sure you study the fine print on LATAM flights in specific countries to see if you will earn SC and/or points - some of the sale fares in some countries do not get any points or SC for QF ff program.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

How odd. I see SCL-LIM is loaded, but as you say, Chile domestics not.

Suspect a simple 'loading' (the database) issue, but a few days now

I started searching 330 days prior to 1st flight (which will be either 20 or 21st Jan depending on what airline we use) and has been nuttin since then.
Their call centre is -1 and even stalkbook has given no hope.

I also need/want to go to Puerto Montt and it seems they are the only name brand carrier that goes there. Our plans will be in disarray if we can't do all our trips.

You say you've tried through a TA? They should be able to get to (phone) the LATAM rep in Australia. Mine did when I had a few issues on my last LATAM itinerary.

When I was researching our current trip the LATAM website was basically only useful for the timetable.A couple of our preferred flights were unavailable on the website but our TA had no troubles booking them.
