As reported at The Aviation Herald:

A Kish Air McDonnell Douglas MD-82, flight Y9-7030 from Ahwaz to Tehran Mehrabad (Iran) with 131 passengers, returned to Ahwaz after a bomb was found in one of the lavatories about 15 minutes into the flight. The airplane landed safely, the passengers and crew were evacuated via slides.

I don't remember reading anything about this incident in the local media.

Seems it did make some Australian on-line media.

From The Age:

Iranian security officials defused a bomb planted on a domestic passenger plane, officials said on Sunday, the latest incident of violence in the run-up to the June 12 presidential election.
