Hi,
I'm sure I read on this forum once about a website where you can log all your flights, and keep a diary of where you have been and when.
i did google same, but has anyone got a suggestion for which site they use
Is there a preferred site that you use, and if so, why?
thanks
tq

Also openflights.org(.au?) and flight diary. I use open flights because it will import from a spreadsheet for free.

I think flight diary is supposed to have better analysis tools.

personally I still use flightmemory, although it is looking a bit dated (the guys are hopefully updating it soon).

I found Flightdiary was missing some aircraft and airport so still had issues importing. Open flights was better in that respect. Flight memory is a bit fiddly entering flights though.

I use both Flight Memory and Open Flights. see my sig. below.

I use flight memory as well, too much of a pain to go and change now :D

I use ba97 too. Not as pretty but too much data to change now, plus simple data entry/user interface.

Open flights has a pretty useful import function for flight memory data

thanks medhead, imported all my flights very easily! Looks quite a bit nicer than flightmemory

I just tried the method medhead suggested. It worked quite well until page 10 where the import failed over and over. Also it seems open flights is missing lots of airports.

Will stick with flightmemory.

As I am only a young and fairly untravelled person I only had 5 pages to import and only have major airports in there

Open flights allows you to add airports. It is also fairly easy to work out and enter the problem flights and continue with the import for the remaining flights. Anyway, the main thing is to be happy with what we are each using. But it is always useful to know how do deal with issues.

Personally I find flight memory to be painful for flight entry.

one thing i like about flightmemory is the poster print. I am saving it for when i hit 500 flights to get a large one printed up!

I did try to add a new airport but the button was greyed out no matter what I tried. Perhaps I'll try with IE next time (Firefox is my default).
It did however seem like quite a nice alternative to Flightmemory. :)
