Hi All,
Mr Glider and I have finally moved into our newly built home after five years of stress, sweat and tears. It's been such a long road to get here we've decided to celebrate with our precious bottle of 2010 Grange. I know it's a bit young in the Grange world, but this milestone is worth it.
For those with more experience than myself, can you recommend the best way to get the most out of this special drop? I'm looking for tips on temps, decanting times and food pairs, not "chuck any leftovers in your boeuf bourguignon."
Thanks
Glider
