Currently berthed in Cairns is this beauty, I wonder what Straitman thinks of the helicopter parking, makes my desire for a Riviera look like a tinny :D.

Looks lovely, how many SCs per trip? And is there a Business lounge to relax in before and after travel? ;)

What is the copter? Half looks like a Sea King but that would be silly...

A slightly bigger boat with a slightly bigger Helo would be better. I'm not actually endorsed on anything as small as the EC135 though this looks to me to be an EC145. (Formally called a BK117-C2)
The 135 has a Fenestron tail rotor and this one appears to have a normal tail rotor.

Wow! That makes "Mr Kingfishers" boat (currently moored in Goa) look like a tinny..

(Mr Kingfisher = Vijay Mallya, owner Kingfisher Airlines & Kingfisher beer)

Nice! Spent an afternoon last year perusing the boats (ships? yachts?) at the Monte Carlo Marina, but couldn't find one in the right colour ;)

Thanks for the extra photo's, the body/shape is set well low in the water so i would say it has/does see some bigger seas

I have been doing a bit of digging and you wont believe what I found, firstly she has had two makeovers, this was the original:

23754-yacht-plan-b-hmas-flinders.jpg

She was the old HMAS Flinders, so hardly a stranger downunder.

Apparently she was bought from the Government by a Kiwi who turned her into this in 1998:

Motor Yacht Flinders - 50m luxury crewed motor yacht

She was then redone again into the current 'Plan B" version in 06, and has a sub onboard!

Yacht: "Plan B"... - Page 2 - YachtForums.Com

Wonder what happened to Plan A :)
