My parents will leave for Australia tommorow night and arrive in Mel. Is sing on mon night . Unfortunately I will. be able to receive their overseas visitor insurance certificate only on mon morning when they are in transit . Is there a way for me contact the KrisFlyer lounge in Singapore. By phone or email so They. Can print of and hand over the insurance. Certificate when they arrive at the lounge ?

I don’t know about contact details, but I presume the lounge has computer facilities. Couldn’t you email it to you parents and they download and print themselves?

They are not so IT savvy and don’t use email etc . Hence I needed someone to do it for them
