Interline Singapore to Qatar

Hi,

am hoping someone here can point me in the right place to find this info. I'm traveling SYD - SIN in SQ Suites then have a separate booking SIN - DOH - HEL on Qatar (J). Am trying to find out if I have any chance of interlining my bags first then also if I will have to go out through passport control to re-checkin and get BP's. In the age of the internet would have thought you could find such info easily but it appears not.

From a post a few years old it appears SQ might interline with QR and hence this part may be OK but anyone here who can point me to a more recent source of info on these matters.

I can't help you regarding interline but if your luggage is not checked hrough just go to the airside transfer desk on arrival in SIN and hand them passport and luggage tags and they will manually retrieve and tag your bags to final destination and also issue you a boarding pass.

I suspect Qatar would depart from Terminal 1 so would be Transfer C or D. I am passing through SIN on Monday morning and can check if necessary.
