Intercontinental Hotel, Sanctuary Cove

I thought this change over was meant to happen in the next few days however I have been trying to book it for later this month or early next month and nothing comes up on any IHG or PC websites as having any thing at the coast apart from the CP's at broadbeach.

Am I looking for the wrong thing or what, any suggestions

Changeover was at midnight last night, however IHG may record that as being USA time, so it won't show until tonight our time in their systems, as a Hyatt it dropped off Wotif overnight. I am in the same position re needing to book, you could always ring the hotel.

I am going to try and use that AMB free night cert I was trying to give away last month but no one seemed to want. To use that I will have to go through the reservation system. I cant log on to the AMB free weekend night website as it doesnt take me anywhere when I input my details. Maybe thier system shows I have had 2 free nights allready this year but thats their fault for not collecting the voucher when I have checked in

You don't need to book online for the BOGO, ring them, the hotel team should be able to access the rates.

Oh OK, Thanks heaps. I will give it a go. I didnt think it could be done direct with the hotel, I thought it had to be done on the website or with the IHG help desk

The rooms will be the same as the Hyatt was I suspect

I think they must have a special sale on the PP members, just put a dummy booking in for VIC school holidays around September, and every second night seems to be free!

Only issue I seem to have is that they suggest 3 people max per room, don't think they'd have an issue with 2A + 2C surely.

Its the next three months worth for Sanctuary Cove, at $99 a night, a beautiful lagoon swimming pool and being close to the theme parks where Markis10jr and I get free access its a bit of a bargain, and will go a long way towards requal for RA next year, which means I get another referral cert to give away to an AFF member!

I have great memories of staying at a house on the marina when i was around years old. While i'm sure it's not the same I think I'll have a look for Labor day weekend in March.

Any word of a renovation of the hotel? Lots of Tripadvisor reports of the hotel looking a bit run down and in the need of a spruce up.

have not heard anything but would expect it to get one, IC ADL is getting a new club lounge early next year.

All of them? I can't see that at IC Bali Resort. And you can still (if you really want to) book a rate with breakfast at Sanctuary Cove, even though breakfast is included in all rates... (some teething issues with bookings)
