On 9 October 2017, Fokker 100 VH-XWR operated by Alliance Airlines as flight QQ880 looks to be operating from BNE (taking off at 0628 hours) to what I assume is a FIFO flight close to the South32 Cannington silver and lead mine at McKinlay, Queensland - the airport code is TQP (Trepell airport.)

However FR24 consistently shows this flight as operating to TEE which is apparently in far away Algeria. If one looks up the flight, it then always shows it as 'diverting to TQP.'

Why can't FR24 get this correct?

The ICAO code for Trepall is YTEE.
Something has been coded wrong somewhere...

Have you checked what the other flight radars are showing?
