Rates/Water/Sewerage is all Brisbane City Council/Qld Urban Utilities - who don't accept it... I've already tried to have them sign up (by contacting Amex, and also by contacting BCC/QUU myself and saying that I would love for them to accept it, and I'd even be happy to pay a surcharge to cover the extra costs) but they weren't interested :mad: :mad: :mad: The only thing they managed to do was to get BCC to accept Amex in the King George Square car park - better than *nothing* I suppose, but I don't park there, so it doesn't help me!

For electricity you can switch your provider to Energy Australia or Lumo Energy - both accept Amex with no surcharge, so at least you'll get *some* extra points from Amex :)
