Hi all
I am confused over the classic award to anyseat policy. I looked up a flight ADL-SYD via MEL in J. The QF website said 24000 pints plus $69. I rang QF asked to book a classic award as an anyseat and was told it would be more points as it was 2 sectors and a wopping $300+ .
When I queried this I was told that could book classic awards as anyseats but they arent the same price.
Am I talking to the wrong people or is the classic award "price" of points and tax not the price available when booking classic award as anyseat?
Or is it just the 2 sector combination?
I thought I had read enough to understand this, and thought I was doing what the previous post said, but practical events arent backing up the theory.
