IB Express flight not ticketed - Problem?

Hi all.
I'm a bit concerned that IB Express hasn't ticketed our flight yet,10 weeks after I bought and paid for it. As I haven't dealt with IB Express previously I'd be interested in others' experiences /comments as to whether I just need to be patient or if I need to take action. One problem is that they do not provide a customer service email address - meaning the only contact they provide (apart from Twitter & Facebook which are in Spanish) is a phone number in Spain.

Details are these:
Booked and paid directly with IB Express on 16th April for a NAP - MAD flight on 27/10/18. Received a "booking pending confirmation" email with confirmation of my CC payment. I was then able to select seats through MMB.
Logged into my booking today but it still hasn't been ticketed.

Does anyone know if this is common for IB Express; or should our booking have been ticketed by now?

I flew Air Nostrum (booked as Iberia) recently and the booking showed up on the Qantas website within minutes of booking as we had quoted our FF numbers. I would follow up immediately.

Seat allocation was interesting. My wife and I were allocated different parts of the plane. However, the flight to Casablanca was only half full so we ended up with a whole row between us. The Iberia lounge in Madrid is amazing.
 
I flew IB Express a few months ago and the bookings were ticketed immediately. 10 weeks seems like something has gone wrong.

I sent a query via that address but not sure if it is still active - the last post there is dated early 2017. have now sorted the problem out by phone.

Interesting, my IB bookings never show up on the QF website (even though FF numbers are in the bookings).
 
Thanks samh004, I rang and got it sorted - FYI the last 2 digits of that number should have been 75, not 57

Worked fine the way I typed it for myself, YMMV :p

Perhaps different departments? I know their main number refuses to work at all from Australia. Glad you got it sorted, despite international phone call charges it's just easier sometimes to talk to someone on the other side of the world to get the problem fixed.
